What is The Mammoth Pack all about?

No influence on decisions, little understanding of where the money is going, lack of premium race day experiences and no other benefits?

If you relate to any of the above, then we hear you. We’ve been involved in a variety of syndicates, and we’ve also been frustrated by the above - this is what The Mammoth Pack has improved for every owner of a horse with us. We allow every stakeholder (no matter how big or small) an equal say in key decisions about their horse. We have no hidden costs, we provide full transparency to where your money is going. We provide unique premium raceday experiences that live up to expectations. We offer other experiences for our owners, including tickets to other elite sport and music events.

This venture is our way of offering you a chance to be part of something truly special. Our aim is to bring transparency, professionalism, and fun to horse racing ownership, with an emphasis on shared success. Whether you’re a seasoned racing enthusiast or new to the sport, we want you to feel included, informed, and confident in your investment.

We’ve used our expertise and experience to build a syndicate that not only focuses on success on the track but also ensures that every member enjoys a unique and rewarding experience throughout the journey. We look forward to welcoming you aboard, and we are excited to see where this venture takes us.

Why Join Us?

You are buying into a syndicate, a community, not just a horse.

Expert Management

With years of experience in both the betting industry and syndicate ownership, you’re in safe hands.

Transparency

We provide clear communication, updates, and full cost breakdowns to ensure you’re always in the loop and getting value for your money.

Unique Experience

We are fans at heart, and we strive to offer an alternative to the traditional syndicates – as well as ownership badges, we provide fans with tickets to premium race days in the UK and Ireland, as well as tickets to other events in sport and music.

Positive culture

Together, we’ll celebrate wins and enjoy the thrill of racing – the more we win, the more we celebrate together. We require all prospective owners to be recommended by an existing owner, or have an interview with one of the founders, to make sure they are the right fit for the group.

Syndicate Membership FAQs

  • If syndicate members decide to keep horse for longer, running costs are £80 per month per 2.5%.

For a syndicate to keep horse, 75% of members must agree to continue. If you are one of 25% and would like to leave, The Mammoth Pack will offer to buy the share from you at a fair market value price of the horse (what we believe the horse will make if it was sold – this is at the discretion of The Mammoth Pack).

For a horse to be added to a syndicate, 100% of members must agree.

The Mammoth Pack will always own at least 15% of the syndicate.

If for any reason a syndicate does not have a horse or the horse leaves the syndicate before the end date of the contract, the monthly fees will no longer be charged and a refund of £80 per month for 2.5% will be due to any months where the horse as not owned.
